rStar Networks: AgriStar, AutoNetworks, Harvest Partners & PharmacyAide.

Projects

I worked for rStar for 2 years, 2000–2002. rStar was a spinoff from ZapMe! in that the model shifted from free to a fee-based model. As their Web Services Manager, I worked with the team there to market and deploy private networks for different vertical markets such as agriculture, pharmacies and the auto industry. The products package included a computer network and a custom web browser that featured all their office apps and partners services and news in one place. It also included an area for distant learning videos and training so corporate can train employees via the network remotely.

My focus was developing and maintaining the corporate websites for each of their vertical market product offerings. I also developed web-based product demos, and managed 3rd party content integrations.
